This program has saved us a lot of time and effort. Jonas Premier also allowed our project managers to be more engaged and they are enjoying working with the software as well. I hear they are working on this, as I realize it is no small task and is very expensive to implement. Frequent errors and calculation inconsistencies specifically with rounding amounts. I have always found the customer service to be very helpful and understanding. We continue to have issues, they want you to call them every time you get locked out or theirs an issue with this crappy software. Terrible terrible company at this point.
